Fornication is the most rampant sin in the 🌍 world today. It is the most dominating, profitable and the dangerous sin in today's society along with adultery and maybe murders. In the world today the majority of today's youth have all engaged in this ungodly act before the age of 24yrs and will continue to do so. This has led to high rate in abortions, single parent homes, the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, ♥ heart breaks(some of which have led to suicide), high school dropouts and many other adverse effects.
What is fornication? It is consexual intercourse between two unmarried people. Since we are all aware of its addictive and destructive nature, how does one stop this sinful act?
The five steps given below are guaranteed ways to stop it and they are as follows:

1)Become Born again and live a Holy Spirit Filled Life: This is the first and most important step in overcoming fornication. When one becomes a born again Christian and allows the Holy Spirit dictate his/her life,  the urge to engage in this sinful act diminishes slowly or rapidly depending on how connected the person is to God through Bible reading, prayers and listening and reading biblical sermons like the one you are reading now. 2) Be Weird(few friends) : this might seem like a strange way to overcome fornication but it works(this is coming from a fellow who has been tagged a weirdo by friends and is still a virgin in his/her twenties). In order to overcome fornication, the victim must be ready to reduce drastically the number of friends he/she has and keep only godly friends who are few. Friends and peer pressure are one of the most dominant factors that encourage fornication in a person and a reduction in this will kill the urge to engage in it.
3) Be Weird(avoid or limit your exposure to worldly entertainment): limit or avoid your exposure to worldly entertainment. Secular entertainment have the propensity to lead us into a life of fornication so avoid or limit your exposure to them. Be watchful 👀 of the kind of🎥 movies you watch, the 🎶 music you listen to, the concerts you go to etc. Avoid films and songs filled with sexual themes.
4) Be aware of the sin's presence in your life and be honest about it: don't deny it's addictive presence in your life. Be truthful and honest that you are engaging in it and perhaps you are addicted to it. Don't try to pretend that you are Saint and secretly engage in it. You are doing yourself more harm. Be honest that you engage in it and this will lead to the last step below
5) Convince yourself that it's a deadly sin and that you want to stop it: so many people(especially in the western world) engage in it and don't see anything wrong with it because of their godless nature and are unable to stop it.  They enjoy it's pleasure until it eats them away. There's an old saying that goes thus "a problem known is a problem solved"(something like that). Also seek guidance and counseling from someone you trust who you know lives a godly life devoid of the sin.
In conclusion, any victim of fornication who practices this steps wholeheartedly is sure to stop engaging in the ungodly act called fornication.
