Welcome to another post on my christian blog THE TRUTH. I hope you have been blessed by this blog because that is  the main reason we ( the Holy Spirit and I ) started this blog is to teach and enlighten believers on their rights and roles in the kingdom of God. Today we will be discussing one of the most debated topic of our christian faith which is SIN. We will be dissecting and demystifying this aspect of the christian faith.

The response has been encouraging. I pray that the Holy Spirit will make you grow in the complete knowledge and power of Jesus Christ. I also want to encourage you to drop your comments when you view my blog. Without your views, comments and the evangelism of this blog, this blog will remain stagnant. Before we delve into today's discuss I want to point out some very important details  which will help in the complete understanding of today's discuss.

Please when reading your bible there are important details you must note:

(1)       NOTE WHAT THE BIBLE  SAID.
(2)       NOTE WHAT THE BIBLE DID NOT SAY.

(3)       NOTE WHAT THE BIBLE IS SAYING THAT IT DID NOT SAY.

(4)       NOTE  WHAT THE BIBLE SAID THAT IT DID NOT SAY. 

(5)       NOTE  WHAT THE  BIBLE SAID THAT IT HAS BEEN SAYING.(I ACTUALLY                       MADE THIS ).

People who are bible scholars will understand that what I just listed above are very important details to note when reading and studying the bible.  Many people when studying the bible tend to become confused  but I can  assure you that if you follow the above instructions I have just given and involve the Holy Spirit (the author of the bible) when studying your bible things will start becoming crystal clear.

Also as a soldier of Christ and investor in the kingdom of my father (GOD), the purpose for the creation of this blog will only be fully accomplished if there has been changes and growth in your christian life as you read and study on what has been discussed in the various posts of this blog. 

Asides the purpose of winning souls into the kingdom of God, We ( the Holy Spirit and I ) would be most happy if this blog has been a source of change, enlightenment, growth and miracles in your life, that's why  your comments are very important to me. THANK YOU.

                                                                   SIN

What is sin? I am sure you must be wondering (or you already know the answer) this also. Well in order to answer this question let's turn our bibles (I am sure you brought your bibles) to the book of the beginnings Genesis 3: 11 (please read it to yourself). We are all too familiar with this story, Adam and Eve disobeyed God and God punished them for it but please notice what God asked Adam in the verse we read "did you eat fruit from the tree I commanded you not to eat from?". So from this verse we can define SIN. SIN is any form of disobedience to any command, instruction or law given by God (Elohim).
  So if for example, God asks you to have faith in Him and trust Him and one puts in his/her trust in a man that person has sinned. If God asks you to preach in a bus and you refuse you have sinned. So Sin is not just fornication, adultery, lying, stealing etc but also the examples I have given above. So through the disobedience of Adam sin (disobedience) became implanted into the nature of humans and we became alienated from God because God cannot behold sin. Sin can also be be likened to disobedience because in such a case the created is opposing his/her creator (Elohim) . So God because of His loving nature decided to restore man to the state we once were with Him (the state of having a personal and deep relationship with God, a father and son relationship). Now when God wants to begin a process He doesn't work with crowds instead He uses a particular  person (who has found grace with Him) to effect or carry out His plans.  So God decided to begin His plan of reconcilation which would lead to the coming, death and resurrection of His son Jesus ( who is God) which would lead to the reconcilation of man to God. So we can conclude that the entire bible is all about Jesus. In every story in the bible we see Jesus popping up, we see Jesus showing Himself.

  So in order to begin His process of reconcilation God ( Elohim), He decided to start His plans through Abel ( according to some bible scholars and I agree with them). Have you ever wondered why God accepted Abel's sacrifice but rejected Cain's sacrifice? There was nothing wrong with Cain's sacrifice in fact God loved Cain ( that's why He warned Cain about the sin that was coming near him: Genesis 4:6-7). The reason God honored Abel's sacrifice but rejected Cain's sacrifice is simple: Abel offered exactly what God wanted which was a sacrifice, something that could serve as a remission for sins. What Abel did is a spiritual principle. 

Only the blood of something innocent and pure could remit or serve as a payment for sin. Another reason Abel's sacrifice was honoured was because what he did was a prototype (example) of what God was going to do later for mankind ( God was going to sacrifice His son as remission for the sins of man), so we can officially say that Abel was the first prophet in the bible and in the history of mankind. ( A prophet is someone who is able to foretell and forthtell something.

 A prophet is a person who through the power of the Holy Ghost knows and can speak the mind of God for a particular situation). Abel could only have known the exact thing that God wanted because he knew God's mind. He was in order word sa prophet, the first prophet.

As christians we MUST all be prophetic because the spirit of prophecy ( one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit which is in us) is in all as believers. ANY CHRISTIAN THAT CANNOT HEAR FROM GOD THROUGH DREAMS, VISIONS, DIRECT CONTACT FROM GOD AND ANY FORM OF DIVINE VISITATION WILL STRUGGLE VERY MUCH IN THIS LIFE AND WILL BARELY FULFILL GOD'S PURPOSE ON EARTH.

I will stop here for now so that what we have learnt can sink into our innerman. What we have learnt today has been very revealing and enlightening ( I have been blessed also). In my next post we will be discussing Moses and his role in God's plan for the reconcilation of man and in sin and we will also be revealing some spiritual truths. For example, do you know that baptism started with Moses? Do you that the first people to be baptised by fire( Holy Ghost) was not the disciples in the upper room on the day of pentecost but the Israelites in the wilderness( the Holy Ghost revealed this to me). Do know why Jesus fasted for forty  days? ( it was symbolic and  had a spiritual meaning). We will be discussing all this in my next post and I am hoping to see you. Stay blessed.
